Hero’s Journey (Role Playing Game-Based Personal Growth for Teens/Young Adult) w/ Jesse Harkins

I’m offering a small, facilitated group experience that uses tabletop role-playing and storytelling as therapeutic and reflective tools for insight, meaning-making, and personal growth.

This is not a traditional D&D game. While we use RPG mechanics and narrative, the focus is on intention, symbolism, and integration rather than combat or optimization. Sessions are therapeutically informed and include guided discussion before, during, and after the story. These conversations support reflection on character choices, group dynamics, and themes that arise, helping participants connect the experience to their own lives.

No RPG experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to engage thoughtfully with the story and group.

Details: – Small group (2–6 participants) – 2-hour sessions

Intro rate: $25 per session – $20 per session when booking multiple sessions

Tickets: Guided Roleplaying Group w/ Jesse Harkins

Intake form: RPG Intake Form

Jesse Harkins is an educator and graduate student in clinical psychology who works at the intersection of imagination, psychology, and collaborative storytelling. He facilitates guided role-playing experiences that use tabletop RPG structure as a living container for self-exploration, symbolic reflection, and shared meaning-making. Influenced by Jungian psychology and active imagination, Jesse’s work invites participants into story as a dialogue with inner and collective imagery. His approach emphasizes presence, curiosity, and integration, allowing narratives to unfold organically while remaining grounded, accessible, and developmentally appropriate.

*This group uses role-playing as a therapeutic tool, but it is not clinical therapy and not a substitute for mental health treatment. Open to teens (16+) and adults interested in storytelling, imagination, and reflective group experiences. Groups may include a mix of ages, and content is designed to be thoughtful, respectful, and appropriate for all participants. Reach out if you’d like more information or are interested in joining.

Acu-Tuning™ w/ Kelsey and Jessica

Acu-Tuning™: Where Acupuncture Meets Sound Healing

A deeply relaxing and restorative experience designed to realign your body, mind, and spirit.

This unique session blends acupuncture (or optional ear seeds) with the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to harmonize your energy and restore balance. Acupuncture points are selected based on seasonal energies and your body’s natural rhythms. As the needles open energetic channels, sound vibrations “tune” the meridians—enhancing both practices for a powerful and synergistic effect.

Each Acu-Tuning™ experience begins with a guided meditation to help you ground, center, and prepare for healing.

This offering is co-facilitated by Jessica Schwartz, L.Ac., and Kelsey Ramberger, Sound Healer and Holistic Health Practitioner. Jessica is a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified Chinese herbalist with a background in kinesiology, massage therapy, and various acupuncture styles. She brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to healing that bridges the physical and emotional body. Kelsey offers deeply intuitive sound and energy healing, creating a peaceful, supportive space with crystal singing bowls and other vibrational tools. Together, they offer a compassionate, heart-centered Acu-Tuning™ experience that supports deep relaxation and inner balance.

Sound Immersion w/ Crystal Singing Bowls

Join Kelsey in welcoming each new month with a peaceful, balancing sound immersion.

A crystal singing bowl immersion is a transcendental journey for the soul, a sacred symphony that beckons us to surrender to the healing vibrations. As the bowls are gently played, their crystalline tones resonate through the room like ripples on a tranquil pond, transporting us to inner worlds beyond time and space.

Each bowl, tuned to 432hz, emits a pure, ethereal sound that penetrates every cell of our being, creating a harmonic resonance that aligns body, mind, and spirit in perfect unity. Release stress, calm the mind, restore the body, and boost immunity and cellular repair to begin each month on the right foot.

Participants may want to bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and something to stay hydrated. Please arrive up to 10 minutes early to get comfortable and centered.

Tickets: $25.00 Sound Immersion w/ Kelsey Elizabeth

Intro to Breathwork w/ Eric Schott

This 75-minute breathwork session is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of functional breathing while gently guiding them through a progression of techniques to activate both body and mind. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or already a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers accessible tools to support improved performance, energy, and emotional well-being. Attendees will learn how to breathe more efficiently, relax the nervous system, and prepare the body for movement, focus, or restoration.

Facilitated by Eric Schott, the session begins with community connection and grounding, followed by simple breathing practices that promote calm and awareness. As the session progresses, participants are guided into more activating breathwork styles—such as circular diaphragmatic breathing, breath holds, and techniques that tone the vagus nerve. The session closes with a guided meditation set to natural soundscapes, often accompanied by the soothing tones of a Native American drone flute.

Integration and optional group reflection follow, leaving participants with a renewed sense of connection to self and others.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, journal, and any personal items that feel meaningful. Wear loose, lightweight, and comfortable clothing that may or may not get a little sweaty.

Tickets: $30- $50 sliding scale, send payment through Venmo to Eric Schott

Hero’s Journey (Role Playing Game-Based Personal Growth for Teens/Young Adult) w/ Jesse Harkins

Sonic Neural Experience w/ Eric Schott

Sonic Neural Experience w/ Eric Schott

Sonic Neural Breathing is a trauma-informed, advanced breathwork journey designed to facilitate deep emotional release, expanded states of awareness, and powerful energetic shifts. This modality is best suited for those with prior experience in breathwork, plant medicine, or other forms of deep inner work—though this is not a strict requirement.

The breathing technique used is active and moderately demanding, guiding participants into a non-ordinary state where the thinking mind quiets and the subconscious rises to the surface. In this safe and sacred container, individuals may confront suppressed emotions, allowing for cathartic release and reprogramming of limiting patterns. Many describe meeting shadow aspects of themselves while also experiencing profound moments of clarity, lightness, and love. Through this process, old energetic burdens are released, creating space for greater authenticity, freedom, and purpose to emerge.

Facilitated by Eric, each session is intuitively guided and shaped by the unique needs of the participant. His intention is to support individuals through every phase—from pre-session education and preparation to the breathwork journey itself and into post-session integration. These two-hour sessions include guided breathwork, grounding, and integration coaching to help participants fully process and embody what arises.

Please come with an open mind, an empty stomach (ideally fasted for 2+ hours), and allow time afterward for integration. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, journal, and any personal items of significance. Wear lightweight, loose, and comfortable clothing.

Tickets: $50 - $70 sliding scale, send payment through Venmo to Eric Schott

The session closes with a guided meditation set to natural soundscapes, often accompanied by the soothing tones of a Native American drone flute.

Integration and optional group reflection follow, leaving participants with a renewed sense of connection to self and others.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, journal, and any personal items that feel meaningful. Wear loose, lightweight, and comfortable clothing that may or may not get a little sweaty.

Tickets: $30- $50 sliding scale, send payment through Venmo to Eric Schott
